Q: Where can i find wizard of oz paper plates/napkins etc. for a birthday ?
I am looking for anything and everything that I can have at a Wizard of Oz themed (21st birthday) birthday party, including all the things like nice table decorations, Wizard of Oz cakes, funny balloons but most importantly I'm looking for plates and napkins.
Most importantly seeing that it is a, (21st birthday) birthday party, I don't want it to look like a birthday for a little kid.
Any and all help and suggestions would be appreciated.
