Italian Hot Dog
Two foot long, beef hot dogs served on a 12-inch sub roll with sautéed onions, green & red peppers and shredded mozzarella cheese and mustard on bun with sliced fried potatoes on the side.
Italian Cheese Burger
Fresh (non-frozen beef) seasoned to make your stomach smile as if you were sitting at Italy's table. Select your cheese from provolone, mozzarella, or American. We sauté your mushroom and onions, add lettuce and tomatoes if you would like. Fill your belly with our fresh cut fried potatoes.
American Burger
Ask us to cook this - pound of American Classic the way you like. We would be glad to prepare it with your favorite toppings and potatoes on the side. Tell us how you want your fresh fried potatoes: Sliced, Wedges, French Fries.
Steak and Cheese Sub
We cut our meat right here and you get a rich cut of steak. Tell use if you want it thinly sliced or a healthy cut. Enjoy the seasonings we blend and tell us when you want something special. We add fresh cut green and red peppers and cooked onions to this afternoon delight.
Chicken Breast Parmesan Sub
Real fresh boneless chicken breast, we season this tender delight with minced garlic and a coat of freshly ground parmesan cheese. If you choose, we will add a coat of warm tomato sauce and basil for that Italian flavor.
Fried Fish Sub
Two large pieces of trout or catfish deep fried and seasoned with a farmers belly in mind, served on a 8 inch roll, with lettuce, tomato and onions, add some mayo, mustard and "real" hot sauce. Use only one word when you finish.
Hot Pastrami on Rye
Everyone that has ever enjoyed seasoned pastrami on rye, will enjoy the way we stack a half pound of delicious seasoned pastrami on lightly toasted New York rye with brown spicy mustard. With a layer of raw sweet onion and thinly sliced tomato.
Deli Sandwiches

Each of our deli delights has more meat then you can eat. We stack our sandwiches with 1/2lb or more of "grade A" meat.
Submarines served on 8 or 12 inch Italian Rolls your choice of dressings, meats, cheeses, and toppings.
Dagwood Club Sandwich
For each sandwich, we lightly toast and butter 3 large slices of bakery white bread. On the bottom slice, we spread a thin layer of mayo and add roast beef and a slice of Swiss or American cheese topped with lettuce, tomato slices, and crisp cooked bacon. Add a second slice of toast with a little more mayonnaise and top with sliced turkey, dill pickle slices, and lettuce. The third slice of toast is topped with a decorative toothpick through an olive to hold the sandwich together.
Tuna Sandwich/Submarine
Taste the tuna, We mix with mayonnaise, celery, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Spread tuna mixture on toast or 8 inch Italian roll, and top with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Roast Beef Sandwich/Submarine
Fresh neatly sliced seasoned roast beef on your choice of slightly toasted rye, white or wheat. We suggest a thin brush of brown mustard with shredded lettuce, a hint of garlic and a layered with French dressing.
Turkey and Cheese Submarine
We warm your roll, (lightly toasted if you like) add a healthy layer of mayonnaise, thinly sliced onions and tomato slices, shredded lettuce. Add salt, pepper, virgin olive oil and rosemary vinegar.
Ham and Cheese Subs
We spread butter on split Italian rolls with mustard; top with folded ham slices, cheese, and sweet onion slices. Place subs under the broiler, about 4 inches from the heat source, and broil for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Turkey, Ham and Cheese
We split your roll and spread with mustard; top with folded ham and turkey slices, cheese, and sweet onion slices. Place subs under the broiler, about 4 inches from the heat source, and broil for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted, squeeze mayo on cheese and top with lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper oil and vinegar.

Our neighbors are the best produce suppliers we know. We buy farm fresh grown vegetable every day. In addition, we ask that you taste our homemade Blue Cheese dressing, with fresh blue cheese. Ask about other dressings we make and carry.
Garden Salad: Fresh cut spinach and lettuce, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, red onions, orange slices, graded parmesan cheese and croutons. We suggest you try our toasted sesame wasabi dressing with this, it is absolutely delicious.
Grilled Chicken Breast Salad: We pre-season your chicken to compliment your salad. In preparation, we blend in fresh Roman lettuce, black beans, corn, almond slivers, and tomatoes w/ shredded cheddar cheese. The cook recommends Mandarin orange basil for a South Western flare.

Appetizers
Smoked Salmon Spread with Toasted CrackerWe receive rave reviews on our blended salmon, smoked to perfection and mixed with the finest seasoned ingredients; a mixture of mayo, and a touch of mustard and diced onions. You are going to want to take some with you, and you can. The cook will not tell us the secret ingredient.
Grilled Shrimp (6)
Six jumbo shrimp lightly brushed with a Creole seasoning with a chili ginger honey marinade.
Original Buffalo Wings (8)
We will never buy anything pre-cooked. You want your wings prepared buy the folks right here at Josie' s. We once visited a bar in Atlanta called the Beer Mug. Josie's husband couched the cook into giving up the recipe. Order these wings. You won't be disappointed. Remember you have to try them with the house blue-cheese dressing and water. We encourage you to get water.
Fried Dilled Pickles
Not just any pickle we select large, crisp dilled pickles sliced into 6 to 8 pieces, coated with Italian styled breadcrumbs and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Dee-licious.
Stuffed Mushrooms (5)
Large mushroom caps stuffed with whipped cream cheese, minced garlic, spiced with cayenne pepper and dusted with parmesan cheese.
Sweet Potatoes Slices (6)
Our sweet potatoes are roasted in melted butter, pure ginger, cinnamon, sugar and browned to tenderness.

T-Bone
We trim this steak closely and leave just enough fat to enhance our 24 hour marinade, then add a citrus grill seasoning. Cooked on an open fire grill. Covered w/ steamed portabella mushrooms blended w/ liquid smoke. Cooked to your liking.
Tenderloin
We use two rubs when cooking a tenderloin steak. A dry rub, which is seasoning, and a wet rub to help the meat absorb the flavor. Tenderloin steaks are best cooked hot and fast and benefit from their time on the grill. No marinade is needed to enjoy the flavor here.
Boneless Strip
We pre-season this steak when delivered and marinade this fine piece of meat for 24 hours before cooking. The flavor of this steak surpasses every restaurant in this area.

Shrimp w/Green Sauce
We sauté jumbo size shrimp. These are hot, garlicky, and spicy, a dish we serve over rice or angel hair pasta with crusty bread; once the shrimp juices have mingled with it, the sauce is irresistible. It's a perfect weeknight dish. We sprinkle with parsley and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Baked Ziti
With every bite, you taste a little bit of Italy. Enjoy the traditional flavor of fresh made marinara sauce, 90/10 ground beef, ricotta and provolone cheeses. Blended with large ziti shells, freshly grated parmesan sprinkled across the top.
Pork Chop
2 Seasoned to perfection Southern pan fried or baked center cut pork chops with two side items and your choice of breads.
Rotisserie Chicken
