Qualifications:

1. You must be a employee of the of one of the following
   • City of Martinsville
   • Henry County
   • Henry County Board of Education
   • Martinsville Hospital (All staff)
   • State Department of Education
   • State of Virginia Department of Correction
   • State of Virginia employees that work within the two counties
   • Spiritual Leaders
2. Complete an application, current proof of your employment required
3. Send your application and processing fee to the address below
4. A copy of your credentials must be presented, with current drivers license, when you receive Pay-day debit card. All cards will be given before our opening date.

Benefits:

1. All members get a Payday tab scan card that allow several advantages
2. All card-holders that pay cash will receive a 10% discount on all merchandise sold at Josie's
3. All members will receive a weekly tab of $25.00, for a total of $100.00 monthly (No discount allowed on tab purchases).
4. The children of the pay day tab membership, under 6 years old eat free from the kid's corner
5. Invitation to club-wide events including dinners, mixers, and networking functions
6. Free wireless Internet access throughout the club
7. Use us for social functions and meetings, ideal for business or social functions. No room fees are required for members

Note: No deliveries or alcoholic beverages can go on the payday tab.
