For magic spells, which ingredients is better for burning?

Incense, actual ingredients or candles anointed with the pure oil of the natural ingredients or still having the natural ingredients placed in a small sachet draw string bag?

Alright, here's the deal: It depends on what you like, and what you are doing.
Magic ingredients very rarely have any power of their own (with the exception of herbs you ingest). You give them all the power-or more precisely, they help you focus your power.
That being said:
Put in a sachet is best for something you are going to wear, or hang somewhere. The herbs will lend their powers until they naturally degrade.
Rolled on candles is best for formal rituals.
Incense is best for general daily use, informal rituals, and as an aid in calling quarters.
